Our owner and founder Joseph W. Fink founded this company on the basis of transparent business practices. He spent nearly six years managing his daughter in the music industry, when his daughter decided to move in to film and television he struggled to find her responsible representation. A year after her decision to change career fields J.F. Entertainment Management was formed with the idea to be the best the industry has to offer. As a company we are committed to being honest, transparent, fair, and ethical and we are proud to be 

SAG-AFTRA Affiliated and follow the SAG-AFTRA Code of Ethics and Conduct. 

J.F. Entertainment Management Inc: 

  • Will never meets Actors or Actresses with less than two staff members in the room. 
  • Will never meets Actors or Actresses at any place other then professional work space or on set with no less then two staff members.
  • ​Will never send an Actress or Actors to meet production staff without members of J.F. Entertainment Management Inc. present.
  • Will never meet with a minor without a parent or guardian present at all times.
  • Is committed to the safety, dignity, and integrity of all of our talent.  

No manager or agent can ever guarantee work as an Actor or Actress. Managers should never ask for upfront moneys or insist on the use of products or other services to get parts.
